Sahale Snacks
Frequently Asked
Questions

It's a Northwest Native American word that has a variety of derivations and meanings, including falcon, sacred, and high lofty place.

Our founders named the brand after Sahale Park, near Cascade Pass in North Cascades National Park Washington. It's a very beautiful place with a cool glacier and great views.

We use hot air to dry roast our nuts. It creates the perfect crunchy texture while also bringing out that sweet roasted flavor. Interesting fact: our roaster is an antique that we refuse to upgrade because it works so well.

Nuts are nature's convenience food. Naturally bite-sized and delicious, nuts are a convenient snack for an on-the-go lifestyle. At Sahale Snacks®, we primarily use premium tree nuts. Sure, they make a terrific snack. But you can also throw a handful in salads, stir-fries, rice dishes, granola, yogurt and desserts.

We select only the highest quality ingredients to create our premium nut blends. For sweetness, we use organic tapioca syrup and organic cane sugar, two alternatives to corn syrup or other sweeteners. We never use artificial preservatives or artificial flavorings, and we only use high quality fruits. Also, while some nuts are cooked in oil, ours are carefully dry roasted.
